1. What can I bring to Liberty Shredding drop-off locations?
You can bring any confidential documents, files, or papers that need secure shredding. Staples, small binder clips, and paper clips do not need to be removed. We cannot accept 3 ring binders, hanging folders. We can destroy CD/DVD via our ITAD division. Check out our blog as well. WHAT TO EXPECT
2. Are there size or quantity limits for drop-offs?
We can handle both small and large volumes of documents. For very large amounts, it’s best to call ahead so we can accommodate your drop-off efficiently.
3. How secure is the shredding process?
Security is our top priority. All materials are placed in locked bins at our drop-off locations. They are shredded once our truck returns to our secure shredding facility, ensuring full confidentiality. You will receive a certificate of destruction.
4. What are your drop-off hours?
Our locations are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. It’s always best to call before arriving so our team can prepare.
