Honoring Service, Securing Trust: Liberty Shredding at JBLM
At Liberty Shredding, we take immense pride in serving our communities, but every now and then, an opportunity comes along that reminds us why we do what we do. Recently, we had the highest honor of working alongside the U.S. Army at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM). Over the course of five days, we supported a large-scale purge shredding project—dropping off three secure bins on-site and later ensuring their complete destruction directly at the base.
Leadership with Firsthand Service Experience
This project was led by our Shredding Division Lead, Daniel. What made the assignment especially meaningful is that Daniel is not only a trusted leader within Liberty—he is also a veteran. Having served overseas as a proud member of the United States Marine Corps, Daniel brings with him a unique perspective and deep respect for service. Today, he continues his dedication to service here at home, leading our shredding division with the same honor, precision, and care that he carried during his time in uniform. We are deeply proud to have him on our team and to celebrate him as both a veteran and a leader.

Being welcomed onto JBLM was not just another job—it was a responsibility we embraced with deep gratitude. Supporting the U.S. Army, even in something as simple as shredding, allowed us to play a small part in protecting sensitive information while also giving back to those who protect all of us. For us, every secure shredding job is important, but this one carried a profound sense of purpose and pride.
